For the Fullview Display Devices:

Here we have provided the manual software updating process for the 18:9 aspect ratio display devices from Vivo.

  • The Vivo phones with Android 8 or higher versions can’t flash the lower version or downgrade (You can check the current software version of your device in Settings > System update).

  • The firmware flashing process will wipe the device’s internal data completely like contacts, messages, internal files, etc. Make sure to take a full backup of your important data before doing anything.

  • Keep your device charged at least up to 50% or higher for a hassle-free updating process.

  • Perform Wipe data on your phone by just switching off your device, then press and hold the Power button + Volume Up button simultaneously until the Vivo logo appears.
