Request a refund by going to Your Orders section, finding the order, selecting Problem with the order, selecting problem from the list, selecting Request refund, and putting comments in the text box.
Then click Submit.
When will debit card be credited with a refund?
A debit card refund can take up to two days to process. In fact, it generally takes between seven and ten business days on average, though it could take up to three days in some cases.
It is not always necessary to confirm that all contents are new, but if they can tell from the packaging that the item is new, they will categorize it as unfulfillable. They will only check if the item was returned in similar new condition. It won’t be fulfilled if it isn’t new.
A partial refund is one that does not match the price that was charged to the buyer. In some cases, a partial refund can be substituted for a full refund. Several options are listed on the Refund orders page.

Why does it take between 3 and 5 days for a refund?

When refunds are processed, do they appear in my pending transactions?
In contrast to paying with a debit card for a purchase, making a return does not generate a pending authorization on your account. Instead, you will typically see a refund once it has completed processing and posted to your account.
