The steps for returning your ebook on Kindle are as follows:-
You need to ensure to log into the account from which you bought a book that you are willing to return.
Step 2 – Visit the ” My Orders” Page
Now you need to go to the “My Orders” page. You can do so in your mobile browser by clicking on the menu or from your laptop browser by clicking on your name displayed on the top right side of your laptop screen.
Step 3 – Select the “Digital Orders Tab”
The “Digital Orders” section is seen in different places as per the device you’re choosing but it must be under the Orders section. You will have a separate option for Digital Orders.
When you click on Digital Orders you will be able to see a list of all the books you purchased.
Step 4 – Choose the “Return for Refund” Option
A “Return for Refund” option is visible on the books that you bought in the period of the last seven days. Among these choose the book you wish to turn in, besides it will be the option of “Return for Refund”. Select it.
As you do so a pop-up window will open, but it will only open if you have your AdBlock extension turned off.
Step 5 – Selecting a Proper Reason For The Return
When your pop-up window opens you will be asked to state the reason for your returning the book.
There will be a list of reasons you will have to choose from or there might even be a box where you can state any other reason for returning the item.
But a thing to note is that the accidental option or any other option which implies accidental selection will only be granted a refund.
